With many years of experience working in classrooms, school districts and higher education, Katie recognized a need for training courses that focus specifically on building the capacity of adults in the areas of social and emotional learning and promoting positive student behavior.

With the help of experts in the fields of implementation science, positive behavior supports, mental health, trauma-informed practices, early childhood, counseling, school administration, data-based decision making, multi-tiered systems of support and interconnected systems framework, she created this education portal designed for those who work with school-aged children and young adults.

The goal is to help these individuals gain the skills needed to improve the social and emotional learning, behavior and academic outcomes of our students.
